- Children: We ask that you make prior arrangements for children under 12 years old on the day of your appointment.
- Cancellation: Reschedule 24- hours in advance- no problem!
- Missed Appointments: The occasional missed appointment is inevitable. However, if this becomes a habit, you will be charged a fee at your next scheduled appointment.
- Late Arrival: We reserve the right to reschedule client appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late.
- 7-Day Guarantee: If you get home and feel your color or cut isn’t exactly what you asked for, we are happy to make any needed adjustments within 7 days of your appointment.
